Sangoma is looking for a talented, self-motivated Cloud Account Manager to join our fast-paced, ever-growing organization. The successful candidate will join our Sales team and will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud-based Sangoma UC solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, successful team with responsibility to grow sales in this new arena for Sangoma.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactive sales prospecting – seeking new opportunities
2. Regular travel to engage with current and potential customers
3. Reactive sales – follow-up on inquiries, pricing/quotations, and generally moving all inquiries to sales closure
4. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
5. Develop and implement sales promotions
Skills / Experience Required:
1. University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education
2. At least 2 years of direct work experience in a sales capacity in a related industry
3. Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas
4. Experience in bringing on new channels for sales and ongoing account management
5. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
6. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
