Employment Lawyer/Solicitor – Flexible Hybrid Role
* Location: East Sussex or Hampshire (1-2 days office presence)
* Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum + £12,000 bonus scheme

The Role
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer/Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment law matters, including settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment contracts, tribunal claims, and business restructures.
This role offers excellent scope for professional growth, and for the right candidate, there is an opportunity to join as Head of Department.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on employment law matters for both employers and employees
* Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
* Handling employment tribunal cases
* Reviewing and drafting employment contracts and policies
* Providing strategic advice on workplace disputes and compliance
* Developing and maintaining client relationships
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid employment law experience
* Strong technical expertise in employment law, including settlement agreements
* Excellent client care and commercial awareness
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Interest in business development and growing the department
