Permanent full-time position Role Mutual have a vacancy for an IT developer & systems administrator to work in a varied role developing and maintaining Mutuals IT systems and infrastructure.
You will work as part of a small team of experienced developers working closely with senior management.
This role is ideal if you are looking for a varied role involving developing and testing new programs, completing different projects and maintaining and upgrading IT systems and troubleshooting issues.
Candidates should be flexible and agile and be able to manage and prioritise their own workload.

Role details: IT Development: Understanding and developing new program requirements with senior managers Researching technical solutions Writing, testing and deploying effective code including databases setup Debugging and troubleshooting programs and code related issues Responding to user issues and requirements Ensuring system security and data protection Role details: IT System administrator: Managing and maintaining the IT operating systems in Windows and Linux environments Upgrading, installing and configuring application software and hardware Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to staff Setting up user devices including PCs, laptops and printers Skills/Requirements: 5 years experience as a developer in ASP.NET and C# ASP.NET CORE/MVC/WCF/Webforms experience System administration experience Degree or equivalent in computer sciences Any experience in the following will be highly beneficial: C and C++ experience COBOL experience
