Whilst reporting into the HR Services Manager, your responsibilities will include: Management of teams performance in line with agreed SLA’s Ensuring all HR Services / Recruitment admin tasks are completed effectively and efficiently Management of the full employee lifecycle Providing guidance and training as needed on Oracle processes and procedures Completes regular audits to capture data inaccuracies Providing stakeholders with relevant feedback, ensuring corrections are made and outputs are tracked Assist and support key HR projects where required for example; pay negotiations, bonus payments, Identify and champion HR continuous improvement initiatives The ideal Deputy HR Services Manager will have: Previous experience within a shared-services environment Ability to plan and prioritise own workload, working to tight timescales Knowledge of Policies, Processes, Terms & Conditions & GDPR If this role sounds like an opportunity for you, then please get in touch and apply today
