Job summary Chelmer PCN located in Chelmsford, has an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our busy PCN, to support the PCN manager and team. This role is offered on a part-time basis for 15 hours per week. We would welcome applications from organised, adaptable and friendly individuals who are keen join our administration team. Main duties of the job Amending clinical rotas, making changes as directed. Managing the PCN staff annual leave information and updating regularly. Using SystmOne to manage referral tasks. Updating and amending Excel spreadsheets regularly. Weekly admin support to Healthcare for the Homeless service. Taking minutes at meetings and producing notes. Managing emails and general inbox. Dealing with internal and external enquiries. Undertaking a variety of administrative duties. About us Our local population is 40008 patients, within the Chelmsford local area.
