Supported Living Team Leader
Location: Hall Green, Birmingham
Salary: £13-£15 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with shared on-call duties
Are you a passionate and competent team leader with proven experience in the learning disabilities sector? Do you have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and access to your own vehicle? If so, you will be the perfect addition as a team leader with an established provider of supported living care in the South Birmingham area.!
About the Role: As a Supported Living Team Leader, you will oversee care and support for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. This varied role requires a compassionate, proactive, and committed individual who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those in their care.

Care and support planning
Rota management
Medication administration
Staff supervisions
Training and mentoring
Positive Behaviour Support
Partnership workingRequirements:
Proven experience within the learning disabilities sector, specifically supported living care packages
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
Driver with access to your own vehicle
