We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in Swindon on a permanent basis.
Immediate start upon completion of a successful interview.
Duties:
* Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that they may have.
* Responding promptly and efficiently to all emails.
* Ensure all customer needs are met and exceeded.
* Assist with general administrative duties when required.
Requirements:
* Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle and prioritise a varied workload.
* Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Previous experience in a customer service / similar role is desirable but not essential.
Pay:
* £25,400 per year.
Shifts:
* Monday to Friday.
* 08:30 AM – 04:30 PM.
