MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Invoicing Administrator (Remote / On Site) Join a dynamic and growing team as an Invoicing Administrator. This exciting role involves managing invoicing processes across multiple bodyshop sites across the UK, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Due to the size and complexity of the Bodyshops within our Group, you may be asked to undertake additional reasonable tasks or duties that align with your capabilities. These will be assigned by your direct onsite Manager, the Central Team, or the Group Management Team, depending on the needs of the business. This role also offers the potential for shared responsibilities with the onsite Customer Service Representative. In such cases, the Customer Service Representative may assist with covering the invoicing administrator's duties during periods of holiday or sickness. Job-sharing arrangements may be considered for specific blocks of time, rather than throughout a full operating month. Any such arrangements will require prior notification and approval from your line Manager. As an experienced Invoicing Administrator, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Process daily invoicing requests from a site via Autoflow when jobs are marked as complete. Confirm final authorite before finalising the invoice Ensure the completed invoice in Autoflow matches the final by Audatex Coordinate with the consultancy to obtain any missing final authorities as needed VAT invoice management, issue VAT invoices to customers when applicable and coordinate with site teams to ensure payment is processed Submit job packs using the insurer’s preferred method, ensuring all required documentation is included Submit requests for advance funding for the bodyshops under your management Provide accurate weekly invoicing reports, including “The Daily Sales Report”, each invoicing administrator will run daily once a standard report format is established Address any discrepancies or issues related to Audatex and Autoflow misbalances by esclating them to the Invoicing Manager, Regional Bodyshop Managers, the Management Team, and the ARC Controller As an experienced Invoicing Administrator, you will have: Previous experience as an Invoicing Administrator or similar, familiar with handling invoices, final authorities and advanced funding requests Proficient in using Autoflow and Audatex Attention to detail Strong communication skills Organisational skills Achieving a “first-time can do” attitude Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM Benefits: Holiday Allowance: 25 days including the bank holidays If you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed) MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
