Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer development and maintenance: develop the wind power products or services market, explore potential customers, expand customer resource base; keep in touch with existing customers, understand the needs, provide solutions, enhance satisfaction and loyalty, promote repeat purchase and long-term cooperation.
2. Sales project promotion: formulate personal sales plan and target, follow up the sales project in the responsible area, from demand docking to after-sales coordination, to ensure project completion and reach the performance target; coordinate internal resources to solve project problems.
3. Market information collection: pay attention to the wind power industry dynamics, competitors and market trends, collect and analyze information to provide reference for the company; participate in industry activities to enhance brand awareness and influence, expand cooperation opportunities.
Job Requirements:
1. Professional Background: Bachelor degree or above, energy, electricity, marketing and other related majors preferred; understanding of the wind power industry, familiar with the principle of wind power equipment, technical characteristics or related services.
2. Sales skills: 5 years of sales experience, wind power or energy field experience is preferred; good communication and negotiation, market development and sales skills, able to independently complete the task, successful cases is a plus.
3. Comprehensive quality: teamwork spirit, able to synergize with various departments; strong learning ability, adapt to the development of the industry; strong resistance to pressure, and actively deal with challenges.
