Business Partner to Commercial to provide financial insights that drive decision-making and business performance. Areas of focus include:
Responsibility for creation and maintenance of inter-company price lists and communicating with group companies and internal sales teams.
Analyse Operations impacts on Commercial decision making, plus other ad hoc support.
Ensure customer rebates are calculated accurately on a monthly basis, accrued in the management accounts and origination of payment requests.
Post the rebate journal, JIF (marketing) journal and associated BS reconciliations.
Turnover reporting in customer portals.
Review and reporting of Customer Marketing expenditure.
Customer price list updates (CAFs) plus pricing system updates (CRM & X3).
Business analysis and reporting as required.
