We have an opportunity for an experienced and organised Administrator to join us and provide efficient and customer-focused support to our busy HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR Operations and the Senior HR Advisor, you will also work with the HR Advisor in areas such as recruitment and L&D administration. This role is the first point of contact for HR queries and will cover administration duties across all areas of human resources.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
2. Assist in recruitment and learning & development administration.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.
4. Administer a computerised HR database.
Qualifications:
1. CIPD qualified or actively working towards a CIPD Level 3.
2. Proven HR background, ideally generalist.
3. Strong communication skills and team ethic.
4. Good knowledge of equality and diversity in the workplace.
