As the Full Time Executive Director at Broadwell Senior Living, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents and their families feel truly at home. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets and financials to ensure our community runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of care. You will supervise department heads across various essential services, including Culinary, Nursing, and Environmental Services, fostering collaboration and excellence throughout the organization. By mentoring your team and encouraging their professional growth, you will enhance the quality of care provided to our residents, ensuring a customer-focused culture that prioritizes their well-being and happiness.

A demonstrated ability to manage budgets, profit and loss statements, and maximize revenue while controlling expenses is essential. Applicants should have exceptional leadership skills, enabling them to build effective relationships and exhibit sound business acumen. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are vital, as you'll interact with residents, families, and team members daily.
Organizational skills are crucial, along with the ability to negotiate and find mutually beneficial solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with the capacity to analyze and communicate financial information succinctly, will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A calm demeanor under pressure will be appreciated as you adapt resources to meet varying needs.
Education & Experience
* Currently licensed as an Licensed Assisted Living Director in the state of Minnesota, or ability to obtain required
* Bachelor's degree in health care, hospitality services, finance, or related field preferred
* Minimum of three years' relevant experience in customer-oriented leadership
* Previous experience in senior services preferred
Pay Range: $95k-$105k based on experience, eligible for quarterly bonuses!
