Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our clients finance team. The successful candidate will be supporting the Accountant Manager. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent organisational skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities Maintain the company sales and purchase ledgers on sage line 100 Allocate payments received to customer accounts Resolve queries on accounts and log all calls Issue credit notes and refund payments Update the monthly fixed asset register Skills Experience in a similar role is required Experience using SAGE 50 or 100 is essential General accounting experience-nominal ledger, sales ledger, purchase ledger (preferred) Computer literate with strong experience of MS Excel (essential) If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your career in finance while contributing to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for the Accounts Assistant position.
