Looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? This is the ideal opportunity for somebody who would like to put their knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience of working in a collaborative HR Team.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
1. Digitising the paper filing system for all employees
2. Maintaining HR records according to GDPR UK regulations
3. Contributing towards policy reviews
4. Taking part in the yearly HR Committee meeting (mid-August)
5. Any other general HR duties
There is a high degree of confidentiality in this work. The successful candidate will need to have sufficient experience of Office365.
Employer: Blackburn Diocesan Board of Finance Ltd. (BDBF)
Hours and term: This is a zero-hour role, on a fixed-term contract for a maximum of 3 months. The BDBF is willing to be flexible on both weekly hours and duration of contract to suit the needs of the successful candidate's other summer commitments.
