Do you have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen interest in revenue services?
We are looking for 2 dedicated individuals to join our fast-paced Revenues Business Unit.
Working as a Revenues Officer you will be part of a friendly team dealing with customer enquiries, updating, and maintaining an accurate database and identifying accounts for suitable recovery action to maximise the collection of Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates.

This role is very much in the public eye therefore, tact, diplomacy, and understanding customers’ needs in an empathetic manner are essential. You will need excellent communication skills, an ability to use your own initiative and have a flexible approach to your work.
You must be educated to GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics. You must have experience of working in a revenue services environment or similar and have a basic understanding of the law relating to Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates.
