Your new role
The Credit Controller’s main duty is to guarantee the timely payment of all dispatched invoices. Moreover, they will promptly and efficiently resolve any debtor enquiries, striving to uphold and reduce any late payments within their range of clients.
In this role, you will directlymunicate with various organisations and stakeholders regarding outstanding accounts. Your responsibilities will include handling credit/debit card payments, sending reminders and formal demand letters, liaising with clients, and supporting the wider team as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
The candidate should demonstrate strongputer skills, including expertise in the Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, they excel inmunication and customer service.
