Our client, an established and expanding Property Management Group based in Aberdeen, are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Manager to join them due to continued growth. As the Grounds Maintenance Manager, you will be managing a large portfolio of grounds-only developments across the region and this role will be mostly site based with office visits.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar maintenance manager role managing ground developments, such as flats and houses. This opportunity also offers an attractive package and career progression.
Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Overview
* Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors
* Responsible for creating and distributing regular customer communications
* Conduct regular owners' meetings, in both individual and group settings
* Plan, attend and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sites
* Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs
* Manage and co-ordinate tender exercises for grounds maintenance contracts
* Conduct regular property visits
* Start date: ASAP - happy to wait for notice periods
Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Requirements
* Must be based within commuting distance of Aberdeen
* Full UK drivers' licence
* Must have previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to work well within a team
