Due to continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a successful service company located in the Sheffield area. Working as an Office Administrator you will be reporting into the Head of Operations, responsibilities will include:
* Creating and processing invoices.
* Managing and assisting managers with customer accounts.
* Producing and uploading bills onto accounting software.
* Answering all customer enquiries via phone and email.
* General office management e.g. filing, photocopying, destroying of confidential information, document archiving, stationary orders, replenishment and relevant invoicing.
* Scheduling and organising managers' diaries.
The successful Office Administrator will have:
* Previous experience using accounting software such as Xero and Servicem8.
* Experience working as an administrator within the construction industry.
* Great communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills.
This role would suit a candidate who has worked as an Office Administrator, Administrator, or an Administrative Assistant within a construction, facilities management, or service environment. The successful candidate will receive a competitive benefits package including:
* £23,809 per annum.
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
* 36 hours per week.
* Permanent.
