Looking for a dynamic Technical Services Coordinator to support the smooth operation and administration of hard services delivery in a fast-paced FM environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate maintenance activities and update CAFM systems to ensure seamless hard services delivery. Support supplier management, including scheduling, performance reviews, and compliance monitoring. Assist in risk management, statutory compliance, and document administration. Provide guidance to the FM team on planned and reactive tasks, maintaining excellent communication. Collate data for regular reporting and assist in the review of certification and audit actions. About You: 3 years of Facilities Management or Building Services Engineering experience. Strong knowledge of FM compliance, maintenance regimes, and CAFM systems. Proven expertise in coordinating planned and reactive tasks and supplier management. Skilled in financial processes, reporting, and advanced use of Excel and CAFM tools.
