This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute directly to the success of a top-tier law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on best recruitment practices.
* Source and attract diverse candidates through targeted advertising, networking, and proactive outreach.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they align with our firm’s values and competencies.
* Handle offer negotiations and prepare employment contracts.
* Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the firm and facilitating induction plans.
* Support employer branding initiatives and represent the firm at networking events, career fairs, and graduate recruitment events.
* Track and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas to improve processes and outcomes.
* Assist in driving our Diversity & Inclusion recruitment strategy to foster a more inclusive workplace.
What we’re looking for:
* You’re a motivated and adaptable recruitment professional with previous experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services environment.
* You’re passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and are comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
* You have a good understanding of recruitment best practices, including proactive sourcing and interview techniques.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you’ll be working with both internal stakeholders and candidates daily.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Flexible to travel to other offices for team collaboration.
