As the Finance Business Partner for Clubcard, you will provide financial support for the Clubcard leadership team. This role offers a genuine business partnering opportunity, enabling you to play a pivotal role in working teams focused on new Clubcard initiatives as part of the future Clubcard strategy. You will contribute financial expertise from the early stages of proposition development through to launch. Leading on the largest investment spend within Customer area in excess of £400m Partnering the Director and wider Membership & Loyalty leadership team - this role supports on all aspects of financial decision making and helps drive forward key business initiatives. Collaborating with Trade and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) teams to optimise Sales performance across different activities; Spend Stretch, Loyalty Card Mailer and Clubcard challenges. Collaborating with the Clubcard Reward team on scheme performance, supporting review and re-negotiating terms of current and new Clubcard partners. Evolve tracking and reporting across other key Clubcard propositions including Christmas Savers, Clubcard Plus subscription and promotions with Tesco mobile. Partnering with the FP&A and Control teams as part of Clubcard governance to refresh for scheme updates, penetration, redemption and breakage trends that can impact the cost of the scheme. Working closely with the Customer Insight team & dunnhumby on analysis of Clubcard propositions post launch, either through support on tableau reporting dashboard or quarterly deep dives into performance to Customer leadership team. Lead Clubcard case papers for TAG and IC approvals Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience of engaging and influencing senior colleagues across non finance teams Evolved financial analysis skills alongside ability to interpret data & derive analysis from scratch Commercial awareness & eye for business Willingness and confidence to challenge other colleagues – many of whom with a high level of experience in their field LI-AG1 LI-Hybrid
