The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to take full ownership of our sales function. You will be responsible for building and executing our sales strategy, developing customer relationships, and driving new business. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company, shape the commercial direction, and play a pivotal role in our growth.
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO, working closely with the wider management team and having a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the company on commercial aspects.
Responsibilities
* Own and execute the sales strategy, driving revenue growth in key markets.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and positioning Entopy’s solutions effectively.
* Develop and refine our sales process to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
* Work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and optimise lead conversion.
* Represent Entopy at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
* Collaborate with the product team to feed customer insights into product development.
* Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital transformation.
* Strong track record in B2B SaaS start-up/scale-up business sales.
* Strong ability to build relationships and close deals with enterprise customers.
* A self-starter with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
* Ability to thrive in a start-up/scale-up environment where processes are still evolving.
* Experience selling into maritime, infrastructure, or transport sectors is a plus.
* Performance-based commission structure: potential to significantly increase earnings.
* Equity options: may be available for the right candidate.
