A look into the role Henderson Wholesale is a leading Wholesaler in Northern Ireland and supplies goods to over 450 stores across various brands such as SPAR, EUROSPAR and VIVO. The Purpose of the role: Due to the success of our operation, we are looking for a motivated person to join the Retail Replenishment Team. Working within the ASR (Store Replenishment) Team, this role is to support store replenishment processes and systems at Head Office. Working as Replenishment Systems Co-Ordinator you will: Monitor sales data to make sure products are available in our 150 stores and handle daily orders to maintain high availability. Train and support stores in effective stock management, ensuring products are consistently available. Help expand store-managed restocking efforts, aiming to oversee operations for 200 stores by the end of 2024. Create and maintain reports using systems like Relex, Excel, and Cube. Adjust forecasts to improve them based on promotions and continuously evaluate and fix order errors. Review sales trends and analyse data to consider the impact of new products, manage changes in stores, and factor in external elements like weather and seasonal events. Skills for Success Joining us as Replenishment Systems Co-Ordinator the minimum criteria youll need is: Experience inRetail/Shop Environment Proficiency in MS Office Packages particularly excel Full, Current UK/EU Driving License The Attributes youll need include: Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work well in a team It is Desirable if you have: Have experience from within a stock replenishment/re-ordering role in FMCG. Previous experience working within an FMCG environment A third level Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Retail, IT, Supply Chain, Data or related field Previous experience analysing forecasts and sales trends Are we right for you? This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
