We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 40 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Trinity House.
Located in the heart of a residential community in Lockerbie, Trinity House is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team also supports individuals who have behaviours that may challenge and associated mental or physical health needs.
The team at Trinity House is focused on ensuring that residents are part of their local community and can access education, employment, and other opportunities to meet their needs. Individuals are supported at local paid and voluntary work placements, as well as living and vocational skills courses at the local college.

Your day-to-day...
1. Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
2. Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
3. Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
4. Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
5. Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
6. Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
