As an Autocentre Manager, you will play a vital role in leading a team to success, driving business performance, and delivering an excellent customer journey. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, sales advisors, and other support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Autocentre. You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of technicians, sales advisors, and other support staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
* Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the Autocentre
* Monitor and report on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators
