If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Aldermoor Farm Primary School, a large, diverse and vibrant primary school, is looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Assistant. This role is integral to our school's ethos of inspiring every child to flourish into confident, successful and well-rounded learners. Who are we looking for? The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a range of skills: the ability to build effective relationships with children excellent communication skills use their initiative and be a flexible team player have a strong and focused work ethic We seek someone with strong communication skills and a friendly, positive nature who will bring compassion and a hard-working ethos to the team. First aid training is a plus as is previous school experience, however, these are not a requirement. Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.
