Annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £31,500
Please note that this is a fixed-term, 12-month maternity cover contract/secondment.

A Reservations Manager is responsible for achieving occupancy targets/levels as identified in the annual budget and marketing plan for Reservations.
* You will join and lead the Reservations team, collaborating with the Front Office department.
* You enjoy facilitating the sales, bookings, and promotions of the hotel services and products whilst supervising operations, jumping in to help with enquiries when needed. You will recruit, train and manage the Reservations team, creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
* Are you an ambitious hotelier, with experience in data entry, budgeting, and in leading a team? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service, excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills? Then this is the job for you!
