We have an exciting new vacancy for an Operations Manager to join our team at The Britannia Hotel in Manchester city centre! Our 363-room, Grade II listed hotel is ideally situated on the busy Portland Street, opposite Piccadilly Gardens bus station and just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station making it ideal for commuting.

Your duties will include:
* Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guest’s experience.
* Achieving business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.
* Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
* Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
* Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.
The successful candidate will have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle as the position may require various site visits. They will be an experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a can-do attitude.
