We are a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in Executive Search and Legal Recruitment. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the dual role of Office Manager and Legal Researcher. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office while also supporting our legal team by mapping and researching projects.
Office Administration & Coordination:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functionality.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Organise and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical.
* Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
* Handle correspondence and ensure proper distribution of information.
Team Support:
* Assist with onboarding new staff and provide ongoing administrative support.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, and recruitment consultants.
* Help manage the office calendar and ensure deadlines and appointments are met.
* Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
HR & Compliance Support:
* Assist with HR administration, including maintaining personnel records and preparing employee documentation.
* Support in recruitment processes by arranging interviews, managing candidate schedules, and handling correspondence.
Legal Researcher Responsibilities:
Legal Research & Analysis:
* Conduct thorough legal research in areas relevant to the recruitment industry. When a new executive search project comes in, you will be responsible for mapping and researching.
* Stay up to date with changes in legal regulations and provide timely updates to the team.
* Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Compliance Support:
* Ensure the agency remains compliant with local, national, and international recruitment laws and regulations.
* Help with audits and compliance reporting as required.
* Advise on best practices related to employment law and corporate governance.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
* Maintain accurate records of legal documents, contracts, and compliance-related paperwork.
* Send out invoices to clients.
* Support the recruitment team by reviewing candidate contracts, offer letters, and other legal documents.
We need someone with a 'can do' attitude who alleviates the stress from the team and has good time keeping skills.
