Key Responsibilities: Setting Up the Business: Help develop and implement the service from the ground up, ensuring CQC compliance and operational excellence. Client Engagement: Meet with clients, conduct assessments, and create personalised care plans that meet their needs. Team Building: Recruit, train, and support care staff to create a dedicated, high-performing team. Hands-On Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, paperwork, and compliance with industry regulations. Compliance & Quality: Ensure all aspects of the service meet regulatory and company standards. Community Involvement: Represent the business positively in the local community and with key stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Professional: Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential, but Level 5 is preferred. Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar role within domiciliary care is a big plus. Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements. Driver’s License: A full UK driving license is essential. People-Centric: You’re passionate about building strong relationships with clients, families, and your team. Hands-On Leader: Ready to get involved in all aspects of running a successful care service.
