We would consider part-time for the right candidate. Usual working pattern Monday to Friday. Some On-call working. No Bank Holidays. The role will include: Ensure CQC Compliance – Oversee the service to meet the five key CQC themes: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led. S ervice Development – Research new initiatives, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and expand services in partnership with local authorities. Staff Management – Lead a large team, delegate responsibilities, oversee recruitment, training, and professional development. Quality Monitoring – Implement auditing processes, incident management, and continuous service improvement. Operational Oversight – Manage digital service user records, compliance with GDPR, medication management, and safeguarding policies. Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with commissioners, statutory bodies, and external partners to enhance service provision. Health & Safety – Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage risk assessments, and implement best practices. Financial Management – Oversee budgets, authorise payroll, and manage financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team. To be successful in this role you will: Relevant Qualifications – NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent). CQC Knowledge – Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance. Experience in Care Management – Significant experience in domiciliary care and managing services for individuals with complex needs. Leadership & Team Management – Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise a large staff team. Service Development Skills – Experience in growing services, managing referrals, and implementing digital processes. Strong Communication & Relationship Building – Ability to engage with service users, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Financial & Budget Management – Experience managing service budgets, payroll, and financial reporting. Safeguarding & Risk Management – Knowledge of safeguarding protocols, health and safety regulations, and incident management. Flexibility & Problem-Solving Ability – Adaptability to meet service demands and a proactive approach to challenges.
