Job Description: Residential Support Worker (Children's Home) – Billinge
Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Location: Billinge
Salary: £12 per hour (unqualified), increasing to £13.14 per hour upon qualification
Sleep-in Pay: £70 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-time, 160 hours per month
Shift Pattern: Two days on, four days off
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Sleep-in Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Following Day: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM About Us

Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Providing Care: Supporting children in their daily activities, ensuring their emotional, social, and physical needs are met.
Promoting Development: Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills through positive engagement and role modeling.
Safeguarding Welfare: Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Collaborating: Working closely with colleagues, external professionals, and families to deliver tailored care plans.
Maintaining Records: Accurately documenting incidents, progress, and other relevant information.
Participating in Training: Committing to professional development opportunities provided by the organization. What We Offer
