Are you looking to work in an office environment and use your office computer skills on a daily basis?
This well established company who supply the retail industry is very busy and now expanding and relocating from Wellingborough to the Kettering area. They are looking to recruit an additional Customer Sales Administrator to join their existing small friendly offices initially on a temporary basis but with a view to become a permanent member of the team. THERE IS NO DIRECT SELLING it is just responding to customer queries and orders and supporting the Sales team with administration duties.
Initially, this company is looking for a Customer Sales Administrator to start on a temporary basis with weekly pay to enable you to get a good feel of the role and them to see if you are a perfect fit for them, but with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team after a short period of time.
You will therefore have immediate availability to start this job and be looking a full time permanent job as a Customer Sales Administrator.
As a Customer Sales Administrator you will have a confident telephone manner and enjoy speaking to people over the telephone, building a rapport with their customers. There is no selling involved. You will be taking and making calls to customers on a regular basis. Inputting of orders onto a SAGE system and offering general support to the small office team.
