Working in the Regional Real Estate Team, you’ll be part of an important and dynamic department within the business. Your role will require you to consistently manage and supervise all planned and reactive maintenance of stores, utilising a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. You’ll regularly lead meetings with our Operations teams and act as a lead in discussions with Contractors, whilst ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment, and performing due diligence to minimise costs and maintain accurate accounts.This is a field based role covering the Greater London and South East England area.
