We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established professional business services advisory firm regulated by RICS. The team have a wealth of experience at their disposal and their aim is to give their customers the assurance that they're paying the correct amount on their business rates. The purpose of the role is to generate new business throughout England and Wales by driving business sales, generating leads, and bringing in new clients, therefore facilitating business growth and longevity. Create long-term relationships with existing and new clients and have a significant role in developing business opportunities and new sales strategies to ensure the company’s growth. Responsibilities: Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and KPIs. Provide expert advice and guidance about products and services. Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts Think creatively to identify new revenue opportunities. Closing sales from leads that you have generated yourself or that have been provided to you by the company. Essential Skills: At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales/appointment making. Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to influence and negotiate with others Commercial awareness The ability to think creatively and strategically. Self-motivation and motivated by targets.
