Part of UK Schools, the Assessment division combines excellence in assessment with outstanding customer experience. The Assessment division has end-to-end responsibility for delivering on-time, accurate results of high stakes UK and international qualifications to our learners.
The Assessment division comprises:
* Delivery team - accountable for the strategic delivery of our high stakes UK and international qualifications.
* Content and Digitisation team - accountable for the accurate delivery of our secure high stakes UK and international assessment instruments.
* Quality and improvement team - accountable for quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
* Strategy and customer team - accountable for delivery of assessment-related initiatives.
* Online assessment transformation team - accountable for delivering online transformation initiatives.
Purpose
The purpose of the Digitisation Executive role is to:
1. Digitise content for high stakes UK and international qualifications.
2. Help to build the technical knowledge and expertise for digitisation of content.
3. Be accountable for the integrity of digitisation content processes.
4. Deliver on innovation for test making, taking and processing.
5. Share knowledge with the Associate population around digitisation.
Key Accountabilities
1. Deliver high stakes UK and international digitalised content for mocks, onscreen and remote invigilation services.
2. Deliver secure and non-secure high stakes digitised assessment content to time, quality and security.
3. Adhere to all regulatory and internal procedures.
4. Meet all deadlines within the business calendar and Digitisation schedule.
5. Mapping items between paper-based content and digital items.
6. Build digital items using the authoring tool.
7. Work with technical teams to inform the development of the authoring tool.
8. Work with Assessment Design and User Experience teams on the development of new digital item types.
9. Maintain relationships with SMEs/Senior Associate teams.
10. Able to adapt and evolve the digitisation process.
