About Squared At Squared we pride ourselves on being a great place to work, where everyone feels fairly treated and enjoys their work in a welcoming and friendly environment. We’re a not-for-profit housing association that has been providing affordable housing in Luton and South Bedfordshire since 1962. Our services don’t stop there. Our mission is “placing the customer at the heart of everything we do by proving Homes, Support, & Opportunity” - as well as providing housing for our customers we firmly believe in proactively supporting them to improve their lives. Social Housing is an increasingly scarce resource, much needed but only a small percentage of the population are lucky enough to be able to access it. Squared sees its tenants and residents as individuals who have choices; although at the time they come to us they may not be aware of that. That’s why we call them customers. Perhaps that’s where the analogy ends as Squared does not want to retain the same customers for ever. We want them to come to us, benefit from our services and at some future date, move on, in a way that suits the individual customer. Squared refuses to stand still; having a strong local identity we may be small but we’re growing, and our ambition coupled with a compelling strategy is part of the momentum that carries us forward. We want to work with like-minded people who believe in our values and like to get things done. About the team Our Homes With Support department is a vital division of Squared. We are the biggest provider of homes with support in Luton and we take a different approach – rather than telling our customers where to live, we give them a number of options. Our aim is to empower our customers to make the right decisions for them and provide a safe, secure place to live with the support of friendly, non-judgmental staff. So, they can overcome challenges and gain the confidence and life skills they need to make a positive new start. We aim for everyone living in our Homes with Support to eventually move on to lead a happy, independent life. So, are you ready for a challenge, to help us develop and be part of an initiative which really makes a difference to the community? If so, come on board to develop our services with us.
