We are looking for an experienced CCTV Operative to join our team on a permanent basis. Duties Monitor and operate camera images proactively and/or reactively throughout Incommunities areas Monitor alarms (fire, burglar and lift) Ensure the best practicable level of customer service to include liaising with outside agencies as deemed necessary on residents behalf Liaise with and make referrals to the relevant internal and external parties such as Police, Incommunities Housing staff and Council colleagues and others deemed appropriate Act as a front line contact point for customers, liaising as necessary with Incommunities staff About you Able to operate two-way radios Able to communicate with members of the public, Police and other agencies by telephone and other forms of communications Able to have and handle difficult conversations with internal and external customers, and provide high levels and professional customer services Able to write and present thorough reports Able to follow management instructions, policies and procedures set out by Incommunities Able to use own initiative and prioritise own workloads Requirements Experience of working in CCTV operations with the ability to operate CCTV cameras and door entry systems Knowledge of CCTV monitoring equipment and General Data Protection Regulations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Provide a high quality service to the client A strong team work ethic and the ability to motivate and encourage others Ability to operate ICT systems Benefits Starting salary of £26,168 rising to £27,854 per year West Yorkshire Pension Fund membership - Current employer contribution is 15.5% Excellent holiday allowance that increases with service Training, development, and qualification opportunities Corporate health scheme membership Access to an Employee Assistance Programme Cycle to work scheme Local gym membership discounts.
