We are looking for a friendly and personable Business Development Executive to join the team and help grow the business. The role will see you engage with a broad variety of different business types, as well as working across our entire product and service portfolio.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk/hybrid following a successful probation period.

Some Specifics of the Role:
You'll be responsible for:
* Driving new business sales opportunities from initial prospects to closing opportunities.
* Building brilliant prospect lists to ensure your pipeline is sustainable and your agreed revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
* Bringing together 3rd parties to execute and propose the right solutions.
* Giving the brand name maximum exposure at networking events.
* Maintaining and growing our ongoing account relationships.
* Making warm sales calls to existing customers to upsell products and services.
* Being focused on Quote Creation/Business Development/Client Relationship management.
* Building strong relationships with appropriate potential and existing customers.
* Committing to delivering innovative sales performance and achieving personal targets for new business and customer retention.
* Working closely with the Business Development Director to ensure all KPI's are met.
