BINGO LINGO was founded by the entertainment company The DEPOT in 2016. Our unique interactive bingo show focuses on a high-energy experience to reinvent the classic game with a modern party-style twist. We operate the events year-round in locations all around the UK with a number of one-off events abroad each year. Our team has continued to develop the brand, bringing in themed shows & high levels of production. BINGO LINGO continues to grow and has sold over 1.5 million tickets to date.
The Brand Manager will oversee and strengthen the identity of our business. Responsible for developing and implementing cohesive branding strategies, managing the brand across multiple platforms, and ensuring that our brand resonates with our target audience while maintaining a consistent and engaging image. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and hands-on execution, often in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
1. Develop and implement the brand vision, positioning, and strategy for the UK-wide business.
2. Collaborate with venues & brands to ensure our brand aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
3. Continuously analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to refine branding strategies.
4. Regularly attend events and play a key role in developing all aspects of the show to ensure attendees have an experience aligned with brand goals and objectives.
Creative Direction & Content
1. Oversee the creation and production of all branded materials, including physical print, poster & billboard campaigns, social media content, and video content.
2. Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
3. Partner with design and management to create high-quality promotional campaigns for tours and events.
4. Liaise with event team members to monitor the brand's appearance at the events.
5. Generate ideas & work closely with content creators & hosts to generate exciting and engaging content.
Marketing & Communications
1. Work in collaboration with marketing and social teams to ensure all customer-facing messaging is in line with the overarching brand strategy.
2. Provide marketing and social teams with the relevant content.
3. Act as the point of contact for PR and media inquiries, ensuring brand messaging is consistent across all communications.
Event Support
1. Work closely with venues to ensure branding is effectively executed on-site at events.
2. Communicate with the event managers in each core city.
3. Visit venues to ensure brand guidelines are met as well as monitoring the overall presentation of the show in line with the brand.
4. Supervise the set-up of branded elements such as signage, merchandise stands, and engagement activations.
5. Manage relationships with venues and partners to maximize brand exposure during the events.
Budget Management
1. Develop and manage the branding budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
2. Track expenses and ROI for branding initiatives and report to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration
1. Liaise with venues, production, promoters, and sponsors to ensure branding guidelines are upheld.
2. Foster relationships with key partners to drive collaborative opportunities and brand alignment.
Reporting and Analysis
1. Report on and monitor key metrics that are important to helping ensure the brand strategy is hitting targets.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Brand Growth and Awareness: Increase social media followers, engagement rates, share of voice, organic brand mentions, website traffic, and media coverage.
2. Customer Retention: Improve repeat event attendance, customer lifetime value, and positive customer feedback (e.g., Net Promoter Score).
3. Increased Ticket Sales: Drive growth in ticket sales revenue, average ticket purchase value, and sell-out events.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Skills
1. Proven experience in brand management, ideally within the entertainment or events industry, demonstrating a track record of successful brand building and growth.
2. Deep understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, audience engagement, and the specific dynamics of the live events landscape.
3. Excellent creative and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate brand vision into compelling experiences.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in managing and leveraging social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
5. Exceptional project management and multitasking skills, enabling effective execution of multiple campaigns and initiatives in a fast-paced, live event environment.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and persuasive communication with internal teams, external partners, and target audiences.
7. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required due to the nature and timing of live event work.

1. Experience in video content creation using smartphones for use on social media.
