About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven HVAC Contracts Manager to join a growing, ambitious, and cash-rich business with a clear 5-year growth plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of HVAC contracts, working closely with an established team of Service Manager, Supervisors, and Subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, growing the company’s client portfolio.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
* Work with the Service Director to oversee maintenance contracts with your clients, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Provide strategic input to support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Key Requirements:
✅ Experience: Proven background in HVAC contracts management, including business development and client account management.
✅ Sales & Business Development: Ability to bring in new business and foster strong client relationships.
✅ Contracts Management: Strong experience in managing and delivering HVAC contracts.
✅ Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with Service Director, Supervisors, and Subcontractors.
✅ Financial & Commercial Acumen: Understanding of cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
✅ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installations, and maintenance.
✅ Compliance: Knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry standards.
