We’re looking for a Property Sales Consultant to join our Sales and Homeownership team in Peterborough. About the role and person: 35 hours per week Permanent It's an exciting time to join our Property Sales team as we have a strong development strategy and pipeline of funding. As a Property Sales Consultant, you’ll utilise your excellent customer services skills to secure sales on new homes and resale properties including Shared-Ownership homes ensuring we meet our targets. As the first point of contact for new and existing customers, you’ll go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best experience from initial enquiry, throughout the sales process to successful completion. You’ll work collaboratively with other teams across Accent such as Brand and Marketing to generate interest in the homes we offer. Regular travel, and occasional overnight stays are essential as our successful development programme continues to create new homes across the country. To view/download the job description please click here. Salary The spot salary for this post is £37,184 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary. Post holders will also receive £1,250 per annum as an essential car user. "Hapi" Benefits App with multiple discounts. Cycle to work scheme. What skills/behaviours do you need to be a Property Sales Consultant? Able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and deliver on your promises. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining motivated in working towards targets. Ability to prioritise and organise workload whilst managing high volumes of transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Good knowledge of schemes such as Shared Ownership as well as secondary home ownership transaction such as staircasing. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). A full UK driving license and access to a car. Flexibility in working hours. Location The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our Peterborough office with frequent travel to sites as required (this can include evening and weekends). We’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage working from home, as long as we meet our customers’ needs. We’ll provide you with the equipment and software you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider. Interview Process First stage interviews will take place over Teams between the 15 th and 19 th November. Second stage interviews will take place in Peterborough on the 22 nd November.
