Our team is looking for a Product Technology Consultant who will be a part of our Product Solution Delivery Team. This is a high impact opportunity that consults our agency customers on product upgrades, implementation and technology integrations. develop and drive the strategic direction for one of the leading global travel technology companies.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. As a key priority, the candidate will be assigned to support the growth strategy plans, by managing assigned tasks through the various phases of promotion, technical analysis pre-migration, implementation and post migration up to BAU (Business As Usual) state.
2. Manages customer’s Sabre product system integration and beta test activity and identify critical path items and key risks to stakeholders.
3. Manages Operational issue resolution
4. Proactively consult with your customers on best practices for Sabre solutions
5. Map Sabre solutions and customer needs to drive differentiated value and optimal performance
6. Advocate for your customer regarding the resolution of complex technical issues that affect the implementation, operation, and utilization of Sabre products
7. Be the voice of your customers by partnering internally with sales and product teams proposing changes in solutions that result in increased efficiency or adoption by your customers
8. Showcase the Sabre Products and APIs that best align with the needs of your customers by leading technical presentations, product demonstrations and workshops
9. Work closely with customer’s development teams to help them integrate Sabre’s products into their technology stack
10. Provide project management guidance and oversight of key technical engagements to ensure successful implementations
11. Responsible for the project management and delivery of IT consulting services
12. Manage customer driven and Sabre led initiatives by supporting product demos, evaluation, testing, configuration, rollout and adoption
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
13. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
14. Possess the necessary technical skills to study and analyze system needs and handle systems development, systems process analysis, design and re-engineering
15. Deep understanding of the travel industry and ecosystem
16. Proficient knowledge and hands on experience with Sabre products
17. Strong consultative or collaborative leadership among customers and internal stakeholders in order to achieve business and technical objectives
18. Excellent customer service and communication skills
19. Familiarity with mid/back office tools and corporate/leisure online booking tools
20. Ability to analyze and trouble-shoot
21. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task to support multiple customers
22. Experience in an Online Travel Agency or any eCommerce business environment
23. Experience with Sabre APIs using tools such as Soap or Postman
24. Competency in training technical teams on functional and business processes
25. Knowledge of NDC
