Your role in a nutshell
Reporting into the Commercial Director, the purpose of this role is to drive profitable omnichannel growth within the UK Market. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will be responsible for all commercial activities:
1. Analyses and manages market trading and customer acquisition across multiple channels within financial and customer goals to deliver the annual KPIs.
2. Owns and executes the Omnichannel Trading Plan, identifying opportunities and risks to KPIs.
3. Proactively identifies Omnichannel EBIT Risks and Opportunities across the business.
4. Oversees business development through B2B opportunities including gift cards.

Proactively manages the discontinuation and minimisation of aged stock and clearance of excess.
Leads the Weekly Trading meeting and actively drives Commercial involvement in other meetings across the business.
Supports, drives and challenges the re-forecasting of all channels alongside Finance and Digital counterparts.
Evaluates promotion and discount mechanics in terms of effect on customer profitability and flags any conflicts between long- and short-term targets.
Interprets performance in terms of under/over performance by new vs existing customers as a primary lens comfortably matching this up to product and category trend.
What we look for

4. Ability to deputise for Commercial Director where necessary.
5. 6+ years in a Commercial Trading Position or similar role.
6. Proven experience deputising and leading teams.
7. Preferable experience managing UK Stores / Ecommerce.
