Who are BCF? We are a local, ground-level charity helping to improve the lives of older age people living in and around the LS9 area of East Leeds. Main Purpose of The Role: Working under the direction of the CEO and reporting into our Wellbeing Coordinator, this role plays an important part of our strategy to support local older people to live independent and happy lives with the overall aim of reducing social isolation in older people living in Burmantofts.
Duties: Duties will involve being the first point of contact for new members, helping to complete forms/applications, running regular support events, helping with digital inclusion, managing and maintaining the BCF member database.
