Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a great new opportunity for a Receptionist / Secretary at a fast-growing Accountancy practice based in Edgbaston. This is a varied role that combines front of house duties with secretarial tasks.
Receptionist / Secretary responsibilities:
Front of House reception duties such as managing telephone switchboard, making and taking calls etc
General administrative duties - post, scanning, emails, query management
Writing and sending out client engagement letters
Minimal and basic accounts admin work
Secretarial support to the practiceThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a Reception/Front of House role within professional services
A well-spoken and articulate individual who is proficient in using Microsoft packages
A strong attention to detail
