You will be managing, monitoring and resourcing your projects that are related to non-standard waste projects, to maximise output and profits, in addition to controlling costs, in accordance with pre-determined Health, Safety and Environment regulations. Here are just some of the activities that you’ll get involved with… Managing projects to deliver on time, within budget and to the standards expected. Maintaining compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and company standards, processes and policy. Management of operatives and sub-contractors to ensure tasks are undertaken by appropriately competent and trained personnel. Accountable for ensuring all activities have appropriate RAMS. Responsible for weekly site reporting and programming Maintaining close working relationships with the client and internal stakeholders. We would love to hear from you if… Substantial project management experience in the wastewater network and being a confident people manager are both essential. We are also keen to see CVs from those with a detailed understanding of deep excavations, shoring and lifting plans. Extensive experience of managing P&Ls, along with being a capable user of MS Office, advanced communication skills, specifically negotiation, persuasion and the ability to tailor messages that suit the audience, are all equally important and essential.
