One of our local authority clients are currently recruiting for a Property Services Administrator. This is a 3 month temporary contract with possible further extension based on budget and performance, working 30 hours per week.
Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary
To deliver an excellent day to day core housing repairs service. This includes technical support, receipt and dealing with repair enquiries, requests, complaints, comments, work scheduling and making appointments.
To work with the Senior Property Services Support Officer and the wider Housing and Communities team within the Council to ensure excellence in service to customers, both internal and external is achieved.
Duties and Responsibilities

* An understanding and awareness of the concept of “Making Every Contact Count” (MECC), attending training where necessary.
* To contribute to a creative and open environment within the Housing Team where employees feel supported, involved and consulted.
* To make use of the technology available to improve communication and service delivery within the Team, the Service Unit and the Council as a whole.
