We are looking for a versatile and motivated Ecommerce Executive/Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online store, creating and maintaining engaging product content, and handling our social media presence. As part of a small team, you’ll work closely with other team members, contributing your ideas and taking ownership of projects that help us grow.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management:
o Process online orders with accuracy and efficiency, coordinating with our small team to ensure prompt fulfillment.
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders as needed.
o Provide a high level of customer service by assisting with inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution.
2. Content Management:
o Add and update product listings, descriptions, and images, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and optimised for search engines.
o Create blog content that resonates with our audience, showcases our products, and reflects our brand’s personality.
o Regularly update pricing, promotions, and featured products to keep our site fresh and engaging.
3. Social Media Management:
o Develop, schedule, and post content on our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to increase brand visibility and engage with our community.
o Work on small-scale social media campaigns that highlight products, seasonal trends, or new arrivals.
o Respond to customer messages and comments on social media, offering personalised support and fostering positive interactions.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
o Track key performance indicators such as sales, customer feedback, and website traffic.
o Share insights with the team and suggest adjustments to improve the shopping experience and boost sales.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
* Self-starter comfortable taking on multiple roles within a small team.
* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Bigcommerce) and social media tools.
* Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for detail.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, digital content creation, and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
