Description
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring that payments are made on time.
Perform credit checks on potential clients and manage credit limits.
Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
Collaborate with the sales team to manage credit exposures, ensuring it remains within set risk limits.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
Work alongside the finance team to achieve company-wide financial objectives.
Comply with all regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.Profile
A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:
A minimum of 5 years working in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong numerical skills and an attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
Experience in customer service.Job Offer
